Staff is hit or miss
When I called the morning of my arrival the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. I had been told Friday that checking in an hour early would be no problem and the person at the hotel I spoke with told me "that's not really how it works." He was hostile and argumentative and refused to accommodate me in any way. I was very fortunate that AJ was willing to help when I arrived.
I requested early check in of 1 hour when I booked and then called 2 days ahead of time to confirm. I was told to call the morning of my arrival to remind them and it should be no problem. When I arrived, my room was not ready but AJ was able to move me to a different room so I could get ready for the wedding I was attending. I really appreciate his help.
